Welcome to the www.wandus.com website (herein referred to as “Site”) provided by Wandus Technology Sdn Bhd, (herein referred to as “Wandus”, “Wandus Products”, “WP”, “we”, “us”, “our”, and their affiliates).

By using our service, (herein referred as “Service”) you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions, thus forming a legal binding agreement between Wandus and yourself, to which you agree to use this website and comply with the Terms of Service. Wandus Products also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update or make modifications to this Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice.

1. Legal Age Requirement

There is no legal minimum age requirement to access and browse this website; however, we advise anyone below the age of 18 should obtain parental consent for the submission of credit card information when placing an order.

Your also agree that we may use your above personal information for all but not limited to the followings: Verifying your identity when you login to your account; Making our products and services available to you from ordering to delivery; Improving our products and services to tailor your shopping experience; Ensuring our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device(s); Providing you with marketing materials via email and push notifications; Showing you advertisements on social media platforms and across websites; Protecting our rights or property (or those of others); Enabling us to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements and in the detection and prevention of theft, fraud or other crimes.

All Software material, information and content by the Wandus Products are copyright protected.

4. Photo product content

You may design your merchandise through our Wandus website, using PNG file format that meets our specifications and necessary requirements.

Upon uploading your project, you hereby acknowledge that the Content of the photo product conforms to the rules and regulations as stated in our Terms of Service. We will not print or publish any photo product or its contents unless authorization is given by the project design owner. You are responsible in alerting Wandus Products if your project contains any explicit or sensitive content when handling and producing your photo product.

Once Wandus Products is authorized for usage of the photo product and its contents, Wandus Products reserve the right to use your merchandise design, or any part thereof for marketing and promotional purposes.

We are not responsible for consumer-generated mistakes, alphabetical or numerical, grammatical or spacing errors, alignment and border issues, missing or incomplete files, or images, once the file has been uploaded into the system. We suggest customers to thoroughly check everything before uploading as we do not accept any amendments or changes once the file is uploaded.

You agree and understand that your project file is free from any computer viruses, worms or any software intended to harm, damage or alter a computer system or data before uploading it to our website.

You further acknowledge that Wandus Products does not keep electronic files of your photo product and has no ownership in any of your content.

5. Order submission

You note that content cannot be modified, changed or revised once your product design order has been uploaded onto the website. Wandus Products has no obligation to review the Content that you have submitted and hence you hereby agree that your project has gone through the necessary proofs and checks, and is ready for publishing.

You acknowledge and agree that any submission may be published, copied, customized or removed for the purposes of delivering the Services.

6. Changing your preferences

At any time, if you no longer wish to receive a specific form of email, follow the “Unsubscribe” instructions located near the bottom of each email.

7. Order Policy

We do not store your order information such as delivery, payment and billing data, and storage for uploaded files are optional. We recommend that before submitting files to us, you retain a copy for yourself to use for future re-ordering.

8. Fee and Payment Terms

You hereby agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your orders which include without limitation taxes, duty imports, value-added taxes and customs clearance, if any. Payment terms will be via online credit/debit card and via local online banking transactions. Wandus Products will not be held liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized use of your credit card by any other party.

9. Delivery of Products

All products or prints will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by you during the order process. Time for delivery is an estimate only and it is not a condition of this agreement. Orders may be refused if there is any infringement to this Terms of Service, and at the discretion of Wandus Products.

10. Product Guarantee & Defects

Wandus Products is proud of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of our products. Wandus Products is not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, errors or defects, including spelling, grammatical, typographical, or poor image quality.

11. Return Policy

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• Photos of the defect taken from several angles;
• Include your full name, order number and a description of the defect;
• Remember to include the page number(s) of the defected areas.

In the event that you need to contact us regarding merchandise defect, please contact our Customer Support team with the necessary details WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving your order. If the defect is due to production errors or damaged during shipping, we will have a replacement order made. Wandus will not be held responsible for defect reports later than the duration given.

IMPORTANT: Please understand that Wandus.com cannot provide refunds. If the Wandus product has a defect, we will have the Wandus product fixed or replaced. Wandus.com is not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that include but not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your Wandus product carefully before placing your order.
